The Bobbi+Mike Experience {just for fun}

Anyone that knows me will tell you that I love to be inspired and to learn. This past week I was totally indulged in both! Bobbi+Mike are my absolute favorite photographers. Not only was their workshop incredible but it left me feeling so blessed to do something I love no matter how challenging it can be. I can't put into words everything I took away from this past week's excursion but this exchange with my fab fiance may help put it into some sort of perspective:
Bill: "So basically you are a teenage girl that was just serenaded by Justin Timberlake"
Me: "umm yes, it's pretty much the equivalent"

In addition to so much business info and "amazing-ness" we did have a shoot with the cutest couple in Indianapolis - stupid ADORABLE. I wanted to hug both of them. I didn't shoot too much as I was observing but here are a few shots:

HOW ADORABLE IS BOBBI!?!?! Hotness...

The Italy Wedding- Part 2 {wedding}

The actual ceremony and wedding celebration took place at one of the most beautiful places I have been to. Italy is gorgeous and Relais la Suvera truly embraces old world elegance and rolling vineyards. It even has a lemon garden... with real lemon trees. I am just going to let the pictures tell the story because I really can't put the experience into words... ENJOY!

The Italy Wedding - Part 1 {Wedding}

I have been wanting to share this wedding with everyone for so long but every time I sit down to blog it - I just can't seem to get it all together. It's not because I don't want to - it's because the experience was such an overwhelming opportunity and I can't ever narrow down the images to express the emotions and events of the week. So... here is my best shot to give everyone a glimpse into one of the most incredible experiences - The Italy Wedding... finally.

Deb + Jeff LOVE their family. I have been lucky enough to document them often - Deb's family session (her family lives around the world and so this was a super special time), Jeff+Deb's actual engagement (I was totally Rambo style hiding behind a garbage can on Lake Shore Drive) and now their wedding. I don't typically photograph rehearsal dinners but how could I not! The whole rehearsal and wedding day was an intimate family event. We all stayed atCasamora in Tuscany and that is also where the dinner was. Love was abundant and you couldn't help but be embraced by the compassion and caring. I felt like family and I was the just the lucky girl hired to be there with a camera. So here is their rehearsal dinner.... complete with gypsy dancers, white glove champagne service and heartfelt toasts from many family members. OH... and the scenery isn't so bad either...
